Welcome to Spring!

Spring Lambs

I'm not sure how the Spring lambs are coping with the deluge of snow in North Wales - feel so sorry for them, I've never seen snow like this here! I painted this to remind me that it is actually Spring and not mid Winter!  I've also had a go at another portrait, this is Jean-Marie, the brother in law of an online art friend and done as part of the PMP monthly challenge

Here's Sian trying to walk in the snow in the garden this morning........in her onesie!

  2. Your lambs are truly adorable, Sharon! And I hope all the animals outside survive the inclement weather you are having this Spring. It's unbelievable - all that snow!!!

  3. Wow, your lambs look so fluffy. Amazing! You can keep your snow, by the way, we have enough of our own.

  5. I hope the spring lambs have some kind of shelter, you certainly got an awful lot of snow there ! You made two beautiful watercolor paintings, the lambs are so sweet and soft to look at ,and the portrait has excellent values and expression .Wish you a nice and hopefully sunny sunday.

  7. Sharon, I think the lamb painting is just so gorgeous! What a beautiful piece this would be for a child's room! Wow! Your snow is so deep! We just still have super cold, no snow, though I hear we're supposed to get some today.

  8. I love these lambs-adorable although I do feel so sorry for them being born right now. That snow in your garden is mad! Strangely we have managed to avoid the deep snow blighting the rest of the country-somehow the far north is snow-free (don't want to speak too soon, mind!) that portrait is really good-he reminds e a little on Sean Bean. I must try to take part in the PMP challenges now I've got a bit more free time these days.

  9. Love the colors in the lambs! And a really good portrait, too - you are keeping the brushes so busy at your place. The photo of Sian in the garden in the snow made me smile :)

  10. Hermosos trabajos, no sabía donde dejar un comentario, porque no decido cual me gusta más. Cada obra es mejor que la anterior.
    Felicitaciones y un cordial saludo.
